TRAI is starting a new service to stop unwanted calls/messages from March 1, 2011. Registration process starts from February 10. Those who already registered with NDNC need not register again. To block only some calls/messages, you need to change options.  Voice call: Call 1909 for registration  Through SMS:  1. To block all unwanted calls and SMS: send message "START 0,2,3" to 1909  2. For registration of preference: Sens SMS "START" to 1909  3.
